DRP SINGLE ORIGIN Costa Rica La Casa Anaerobic Natural
Our first coffee from Costa Rica Anaerobic Natural is available at DRP. The Anaerobic process needs to be done very carefully, but La Casa Farm has managed it properly and finished it in this wonderful lot. Put selected cherries in the tank and ferment for 48 hours without oxygen. Then dry in the shade for about 3 hours, leave the cherry in the sun and dry on an African bed for 3 weeks. A single variety of Tipica, which is rare in Costa Rica.
Moreover, the manufacturing method is Anaerobic natural. It has a mellow aroma like wine, flavors like apple and cinnamon, and chocolate in the aftertaste. It is a premium lot that you can feel the rich sweetness and a solid body feeling. Please take this oportuity due to limited quantity.
