HOW TO BREW_PAPER DRIP
Warm up the mug and dripper in hot water.
Grind the coffee beans (medium-fine grind)
Fold the filter in the dripper.
Pour the gound coffee into the filter and make the surface flat.
Steam the coffee.
Pour a small amount of hot water into the grounds to well them, streaming for 20 to 30 seconds.
* Avoid pouring down the sides of the filter.
Starting at the center, pour a thin stream of hot water into the grounds as if drawing a circle.
