Korea	Up to 1.9kg / 2,900yen 1.91kg to 4.9kg / 3,800yen
Taiwan	Up to 1.9kg / 2,900yen 1.91kg to 4.9kg / 3,800yen
China	Up to 1.9kg / 3,000yen 1.91kg to 4.9kg / 3,900yen
Hong Kong	Up to 1.9kg / 3,000yen 1.91kg to 4.9kg / 3,900yen
Singapore	Up to 1.9kg / 3,100yen 1.91kg to 4.9kg / 4,400yen
Thailand, Malaysia	Up to 1.9kg / 3,100yen 1.91kg to 4.9kg / 4,400yen
U.S.A., Canada	Up to 0.9kg / 3,600yen 0.9kg to 1.9kg / 3,900yen 1.91kg to 4.9kg / 5.200yen

Delivery Period

After arriving in your country, your product will be delivered to your destination within 5 days. If the destination is isolated islands or remote regions, it may take about a week.
However, this shall not apply to cases under natural disaster or in the area where large events are held.

To reliably deliver to your destination, we use DHL On Demand Delivery with tracking numbers. With this service, you receive the notice of the anticipated delivery date via the website or emails. Also, you can choose from several convenient and flexible delivery options. 

Custom Duty

Depending on the regions, product details and prices, the customs duty will be charged for your package. Those duties shall be covered at your expense when receiving a product by DHL.

Please note that we cannot provide the information whether custom duty is charged for your package or not because it’s the discretion of the country.

Shipping Damage

We give full consideration to packing products, but there may be damage or sort of trouble on the product during shipping. You may not request us for any exchange or returns because of the damage on outside box which does not affect product quality.

Please request DHL to redelivery if you need.
